Accessibility statement

Ridgeline conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Colorado HB21-1110.

Conformance

Ridgeline is designed and tested to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. A current VPAT / ACR (Accessibility Conformance Report) is available on request and referenced in the Compliance panel.

The platform complies with Colorado HB21-1110, which requires state and local government digital services to be accessible to people with disabilities.

What we've built in

  • Full keyboard navigability with a visible focus ring on every interactive control.
  • AA-contrast color palette (all status text ≥ 4.5:1 on its tint).
  • ARIA labels on icon-only buttons, sortable table headers, and dialogs.
  • A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) public reporting and secure-document flows.
  • Reduced-motion support via the operating-system preference.
